The Quick Chocolate Cake- Recipe


– 3 eggs – 7 oz of sugar – 7 oz of plain yogurt – 1.7 oz of melted butter

– 8.8 oz of wheat flour – 1 teaspoon of baking powder – 3 tablespoons of dark cocoa


1. Break eggs into a bowl, then add sugar and a pinch of salt. Before adding plain yogurt, mix everything well.

2. Melted and cooled butter  should be entirely absorbed into the mixture. Sift flour and baking powder for a homogenous dough.

3. Divide the dough in two. Add dark cocoa to one half and stir until a rich chocolate dough forms.

4. Grease a heat-resistant dish or loaf pan with butter, then alternate white and chocolate dough layers. 

5. You can use a toothpick to decorate the cake.

6. Bake the cake for 40 minutes in a 350-degree oven. The family will love it!
